PRESSING INSTRUCTIONS

APPLYING YOUR DTF OR WHITE TONER CUSTOM HEAT TRANSFERS

PLEASE READ ALL INFO ON THE TRANSFER WE HAVE!

YOUR ONE STOP SHOP FOR ALL CUSTOM TRANSFERS!

MAKE SURE TO WATCH OUR VIDEOS ON HOW TO APPLY BEFORE PRESSING!

TIPS ON ALL TRANFERS:

*All transfers MUST be heat pressed on the material using a commercial grade heat press with pressure adjustments.

** It is NOT recommended to use an iron or easy press on these transfers. **

Check it out if you haven't on Tiktok - or YouTube iColor 800

(When pressing reds - bump your temp down to prevent color dye migration)

- Use a pressing pillow if needed on both 1st and 2nd press!

_________________________________________

*Settings can vary depending on material - or we can email you suggested instructions if you are pressing on something you’re not sure about.

*Trim around the edge of the transfer to be sure no glue reside is left on the transfer.

*We recommend to pre-press your T-shirt to smooth out any wrinkles and eliminate any moisture.

TRANSFERS INSTRUCTIONS

What are DTF aka soft dream Transfers? Digital Transfer Film is the latest technology of heat transfers. DTF Transfers are baked with a special powder which provides an exceptional hold to any color/material including cotton, poly, denim, silk & more. When heat pressed to the garment, the designs are soft, stretchy, vibrant, durable, and long lasting.

These will be pressed using these instructions:

Press Recommendations:

- Prepress shirt

- TEMP: Cotton - Heat Press at 310 degrees/15 seconds

Poly Blends - Press as low as 260 Degrees!

- Pressure: medium

- Peel: ROLL off COLD.

-Repress 9-10 seconds with Teflon cover paper.

NOTE: DTF Transfers may arrive with powder and moisture which is caused by the shipping process, these 2 things are unavoidable.

You will also experience moisture when the items are stored, so keep the transfers in a cool environment. To remove moisture, you may sit the transfer under a hot heat press back side up for 50 seconds.

TIME - 30 seconds

Place transfer sheet print side down onto garment, and cover with Teflon.

STEP 1. Heat press at 325 degrees for 30 seconds.

(If pressing on the poly, a slightly lower temp can be used)

cover it with teflon.

*Press the garment using a heat press

(not a Easy Press or iron)*

If you are pressing on 100% polyester, reduce heat to 310 degrees 20 seconds.

STEP 2. Make sure to – COLD ROLL OFF - DO NOT PULL OR PEEL. – Let shirt cool for about 5 minutes OR LONGER, once completely COLD carefully ROLL away the transfer sheet in a one smooth, continuous rolling motion.

STEP 3. Then cover with parchment OR kraft paper {with silicone is the best}

(do not use butcher paper)

STEP 4. Repress for about 10 seconds with high pressure.

(Warm roll off the parchment paper)

---> NOTE: Each heat press is different. I recommend testing your press at different pressure/temperature/time settings with sample sent to determine the best press for you.
